- Once an order is confirmed and being prepared, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
- Minimum order values may apply for delivery orders.
3. Pricing & Payment

- A processing/service fee may be applied to orders as displayed at checkout.
- Promotional discounts and promo codes are subject to their specific terms, expiry dates, and cannot be combined unless stated.
4. Delivery & Pickup
Pickup Orders
- Pickup orders must be collected from our store within the designated time slot.
- Estimated preparation times are approximate and may vary during peak hours.
- Uncollected orders may be disposed of after a reasonable period.
Delivery Orders
- Delivery is available within our designated delivery areas only.
- Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, traffic, or order volume.
- You must provide an accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.
- Someone must be available to receive the delivery at the specified address.
- A delivery fee may apply based on distance and order value.
5. Food Allergies & Dietary Information
- While we take care to provide accurate menu descriptions, our food may contain or come into contact with allergens including nuts, dairy, gluten, eggs, soy, and seafood.
- It is your responsibility to inform us of any food allergies or dietary requirements via special instructions when ordering.
- We cannot guarantee that any food item is completely free from allergens due to shared kitchen preparation areas.
6. Quality & Complaints
- We are committed to providing fresh, high-quality food. If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 2 hours of receiving it.
- Complaints regarding food quality or incorrect orders must include your order reference number.
- We may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion after reviewing the complaint.
- We take food safety seriously and comply with New Zealand Food Safety regulations.
7. Promotional Offers
- Promotional offers, discount codes, and special deals are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
- Promo codes are single-use unless stated otherwise and may have minimum spend requirements.
